Fees and Cancellation Policy

All registration fees include:

  • participation in all activities of the conference programme
  • refreshments and lunch on both conference days
  • reception at the venue on October 12th, 2015

Payment of registration fees

Registered participants will receive a confirmation of registration and a request to transfer payment. Fees have to be paid within two weeks of registration otherwise the registration will expire.

Payments have to be done through wire transfer using the bank details in the confirmation email.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations for registration will only be accepted in writing. The cancellation notification must indicate a bank account to which a possible refund may be remitted.

Registration cancellations made prior to May 31, 2015 will be refunded minus 20 % to cover administration costs. No registration refunds will be made after this date. Alternatively, your registration may be transferred to another person without penalty. This transfer must be advised to the Congress Office in writing.
